Jena Life Science Forum 2009
The "Jena Life Science Forum" will be held from June 18-20. 25 experts from around the world will meet in Jena to discuss the question of whether language can be seen as a general principle of Nature - one on which the
organisation of living material rests - and whether a working hypothesis that incorporates this idea might allow the development of new strategies for research
into the life-governing principles that operate on a molecular scale.
The opening lecture on June 18 at 5pm will be held by the Nobel laureate Prof. Dr. Manfred Eigen. Event place will be the FSU, Lecture Hall 2, Carl-Zeiss-Str. 3.
